What Happened to Cynthia Bah-Traore?

On the night of February 3, 2021, Cynthia was last seen on surveillance video around 10:35 p.m. at a gas station in the 1000 block of East Criner Street, Grandview, Texas. The footage shows her walking around the convenience store before exiting. Moments later, her metallic blue Mazda CX-5 (Texas license plate NMJ3883) is seen pulling away.

Cynthia lived in Crowley, about 26 miles from Grandview. At the time of her disappearance, she was going through a divorce and residing in her own home. The following morning, concerned family members reached out to her estranged husband, who claimed she was in the hospital. The family officially reported her missing to Crowley Police on February 6, 2021, led by her heartbroken mother, Tambra Alvoid.
